Please inform us if you would like to eat a snack or lunch while at the museum

Please note bookings must be made two weeks in advance
The museum requires one adult supervisor for every ten students. Adult supervisors within this ratio are granted free admission to the museum. Student behavior, safety and security are a teacher’s responsibility. Groups must be supervised at all times. Extra supervisors beyond the required ratio pay regular museum admission.
Cheques should be made payable to The City of Niagara Falls Museums. Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Payment is required in full on the day of your trip.
Cancellation of a scheduled booking must be received at least two weeks prior to the tour. Cancellations received after this time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be waived if the tour is rebooked within the month of the cancellation date.
Please note our location is 5810 Ferry Street, Niagara Falls, ON. Please ensure you give this address to the bus companies as they occasionally (as well as some web based maps and GPS systems that are not up to date) confuse us with other museums in the area
Students 12 and under are invited to use Niagara Falls Transit FREE of charge to municipal facilities. Ask us for more information.
